Phono Erotic is pleased to release Super Preis the debut album by K&A, a new and occasional project that exists in its own dimensions of excuse and availability.

This album is a collection of recordings made by Kirsten Reynolds and Ashley Davies that came about more by accident than design following a last-minute invitation to play on a six date European tour from 29 September to 5 October 2004.

This live album is the result of a set performed with two analogue drum machines as initial source sounds, traveling on a grueling journey of noise, distortion, dub and psychotherapy until arriving at a blissful melodrama of tranquility.

Tracks range from the hypnotic Schmeichelnde – Melange – Optik and distracted beats of Auch in Schwarz und Weiss, to the alien landscapes suggested by Jede Hosen in diesen 7 Farben.

Super Preis is presented in an individually hand-made, stickered, catalogue style package in a numbered edition of 50 that were made whilst on the road. An insert includes sleeve notes by A. Stroh.
