Phono Erotic is pleased to announce the arrival of ‘Orange Star’, by Apeiron, a complex musical project that melts together much of the experimental microtonal music attitude with the use of contemporary technology.

The project is made up of Project Dark’s Ashley Davies and Jimi Papatzanataes and Apostoles Tsopelas from S.40 Sound Projects.

‘Orange Star’ is a companion release to the simultaneously released D.O.R. album ‘Sentimental Sickness’.

The source sounds originate from a 2600 Series Arp, and on ‘Orange Star’ the legend of Icarus is used as the focal point of inspiration for a soaring journey of delicate microtonal euphony.

It comes in a hand-made, orange card package in a numbered edition of 50. on an all black disc. Includes sleeve notes by A. Stroh.
