San Francisco Museum of Modern Art 2001
This limited edition CD EP was released by San Francisco Museum of Modern Art in conjunction with the exhibition 010101: Art in Technological Times.
Carsten Nicolai and Robin Rimbaud played a three hour set as part of the opening of the show and this release is the result of this performance edited down into a 26 minute work.
A gorgeously listenable CD, with insectoid buzzing, layering of droning textures and high wavering electronic tones.
