More on Reboot FM:
"From 01.02.04 to 01.05.04 Reboot FM will broadcast a 100 day demonstration of a radio program, which could also run much longer. It will be not dominated by the urge to copy the style of larger stations in terms of journalistic professionalism, instead people will be able to directly report about what they are doing themselves.
Reboot FM will focus on those agencies and nodes in the cultural framework of Berlin, and elsewhere, which are already known to be active and relevant, but, nevertheless, not appearing in mainstream media, besides an occasional journalistic report or special feature. With a decentralized editorial, different aspects of musical styles, cultural activities (hi and lo) and political movements will find their way into the program.
Groups, labels, places which represent the Berlin which is not represented in radio, but makes so many young people visit and move to the city, will be what Reboot FM will focus on. In this way it is filling a gap which has been ignored and left open over the last 12 years, since Radio 100 disappeared from the dial, for a cultural radio which is neither state run, nor private, and not an open channel representing everyone and no one."
So there!
