Returns Policy
If, on delivery, you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us, in its original condition, unused and unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact). On receipt we will issue a full refund, or a replacement for the item. Items must reach us in perfect condition, use of sturdy packaging is recommended to avoid problems.
Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
In cases where items are NOT damaged, defective or incorrect, the customer will be responsible for all postage and packing charges for both the returned items and any replacements.
In the event of PostEverything.com sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to us before we will dispatch the replacements.
ALWAYS contact us by e-mail, and wait for a reply, BEFORE returning any items.
Refunds Policy
When you send your item back to us, we'll process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, usually within three working days of our receiving your return.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and we'll reimburse your costs in returning it to us.
