We will dispatch your order when we have all items requested in stock, generally within 3 working days.
If you have a query about your order you can contact us via the contact form and we will get back to you. We only respond to enquiries during office hours, so please be patient if we don't get back to you immediately.
The length of time it takes for you to receive your order relies on a number of factors.
– The number of outstanding orders
– Stock availability
– The postal service
– Where in the world you are
As a small company there is a limit to the number of orders we can dispatch in a day. Sometimes there is unprecedented demand for new releases, and to keep our overheads low we don't have staff waiting on hand to dispatch these. We will always try to dispatch orders within the number of working days stated on the items web page on our site [a working day being 10:00 to 18:00 GMT Monday to Friday].
We don't have a huge warehouse full of thousands of copies of each item, and again demand sometimes means that we will run out of stock whilst processing orders and therefore the information on your order is out of date. In this instance we will get replacement stock as quickly as possible and process your order as soon as the stock arrives.
Orders are dispatched using the Royal Mail's 1st Class service for UK deliveries, and standard Air Mail for all international deliveries. Air Mail packages are delivered to their final destination by your local postal service. Please note that packages do not have tracking numbers.
In the UK this means that delivery is usually within 3 working days, depending on which part of the country you are in [Saturday deliverys are less likely in certain parts, for instance], AFTER dispatch.
In Mainland Europe/EEC goods will normally be received within 7 working days of dispatch.
For the rest of the world it may take up to 14 days for your goods to be received.
To calculate when you are likely to receive your order you need to look at the estimated dispatch times on it, and take the longest value. Then add the appropriate number of days above to that. This will give you an idea.
