Help: Missing Orders

If you place an order with PostEverything and it doesn't arrive, you should do the following.

Firstly, check with your local post office to see if they have any parcels held for you at their local depot. Sometimes parcels don't get put through your letterbox, and reminder cards go astray.

Reply to the original order confirmation we sent to you letting us know that the order has not yet been received. We will be able to let you know when your order was dispatched. Check here for information on delivery times

Sometimes goods aren't dispatched immediately due to the level of orders we have received, or stock issues. In this instance we don't charge your credit card until the order is dispatched.

International postal service can take up to 4 weeks for packages to be delivered from the date of dispatch. In this case we can't hurry the process and we need to make sure that the package has gone missing.

If it's not turned up let us know and we'll then dispatch a replacement order. We'd also be grateful if you could complain to your local post office about the missing order, as generally orders go missing on the last leg.
