Harps Old Master , the second album by Phelan Sheppard , is available to order on PostEverything now. The album won't be in the shops until September 25th.

PHELAN SHEPPARD complete album

Kieron Phelan and David Sheppard have finished recording their first album for Leaf, to be released in late summer.

David Sheppard's project with Pete Astor, Ellis Island Sound, will also release an album on Peacefrog in September.

LEAF artists in BBC Lennon tribute

Three Leaf artists were involved with the BBC's extensive John Lennon tribute this week. The artists were invited to contribute cover versions of tracks from The Beatles' White Album for Radio 1's One World show, which was broadcast on Sunday night. New Leaf signing: Keiron Phelan & David Sheppard

Keiron Phelan & David Sheppard have signed to The Leaf Label for the world. The duo, who released a beautiful album under their own names on Rocket Girl in 2002 (‘O, Little Stars’), also record as State River Widening (Vertical Form will release a new SRW album later this year).

They are currently working on the follow-up to the Rocket Girl album, which Leaf plans to release next year.
